Ebin did a great job with our F-250 windshield replacement. The rearview mirror broke during the installation but he told me about it right away & then ordered us a new one & delivered it within a few days. However, I am disappointed in the company itself. We were supposed to receive a $300.00 cash back check & that was never received. I asked about it twice via text. The first time they said that our technician would bring it when he brought our new mirror & the second time I received no response at all.
This was an amazing experience. The rep assigned to me Kirby came out and helped me with photos when I struggled. She and her partner came out 3 times so far to help with pictures! This company demonstrates excellence from the reps to the techs. Great Job!
They were professional and pointed out a crack in my rear view mirror and how to replace it, also he fitted the windshield to fix where the strip was missing to fix the gap! Artemio went the extra mile. He has excellent customer service ethic. Thank you!
