Quick and efficient! They worked with my insurance company and got me scheduled right away. Kirby and Tom are great in the office! Rafael the installer and Mike the calibrater were quick getting everything wrapped up. I'll use them again!
5 Stars. Ebin did a fantastic job. He was professional, friendly, efficient, and took great care of our vehicle. The entire process was easy and the finished work looks excellent. We are very happy with the service from Ebin and Excellent Auto Glass AZ and would absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!
Have had 3 windshields replaced by the Excellent Auto Glass team including my 1978 GMC truck. Prices are extremely reasonable and the team provides fantastic service. If you use glass insurance on your auto claim the team will do a 3-way call with you and your insurance company and eliminate all the hassle. Highly recommend using Excellent Auto Glass
This was an amazing experience. The rep assigned to me Kirby came out and helped me with photos when I struggled. She and her partner came out 3 times so far to help with pictures! This company demonstrates excellence from the reps to the techs. Great Job!
One of their techs, Ebin, replaced my broken windshield and did an excellent job. He was informative and was quick in replacing it. Joe was also helpful in the beginning and was very informative and transparent. Great choice to look into for glass replacement.
Special thanks to Bobby for calling me back and explaining the process so well to me. He was even able to help my daughter get her windshield fixed too! I am so glad to have peace of mind that my family is driving safe!
